Sea Lion Corporation, an Alaska Native Village Corporation based in Hooper Bay, acquired Proto Technologies, a Liberty Lake, Washington-based prototyping and low-volume manufacturing firm that provides machining, 3D printing and urethane casting services. The deal was announced by ACT Capital Advisors, which represented Proto Technologies in the sale.

Paladin Holdings (Makai Capital-backed) Acquires Ultra-Pak, Inc.

Paladin Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Makai Capital Partners, has acquired Ultra-Pak, Inc., a Greer, South Carolina-based contract manufacturer, packager and distributor of personal care and cleaning products. The acquisition expands Paladin's liquid and powder filling capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Jan-San and Hospitality markets.

Probo Medical Acquires Ultra Select Medical

The deal expands TIGRIS’s Midwest footprint and adds LakePro’s capabilities in aquatic vegetation control, water quality management and lake consulting to TIGRIS’s national platform; LakePro was founded by Paul and Christina Dominick, who are exiting ownership.

Lax.com Acquires Universal Lacrosse

The deal combines two leading lacrosse-focused ecommerce platforms to expand omnichannel reach, scale team sales capabilities, and strengthen Lax.com's position in the lacrosse market.
