Stonepeak Acquires Oryx Midstream for Approximately $3.6 Billion

Funds managed by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Oryx Southern Delaware Holdings LLC and Oryx Delaware Holdings LLC (collectively, Oryx) for about $3.6 billion. Sellers include affiliates of Quantum Energy Partners, Post Oak Energy Capital, Concho Resources and WPX Energy; Oryx will remain headquartered in Midland, Texas with its leadership team continuing in place and investing alongside Stonepeak.

BluEarth Acquires 1 GW U.S. Wind and Solar Development Portfolio from Ozone Renewables

BluEarth Renewables US LLC acquired seven wind and solar development projects totaling approximately 1 GW from Ozone Renewables, LLC. The projects—located across Washington, Oregon, Ohio and Oklahoma—will be developed under a development services agreement with Pivot Power Management to advance BluEarth's North American pipeline.

Stonepeak Acquires Boundary Street Capital

Stonepeak has agreed to acquire Boundary Street Capital, a specialist private credit investment manager focused on digital infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure software, and technology services for the lower middle market. The deal expands Stonepeak Credit's private credit capabilities and strengthens its digital infrastructure and technology services investing platform; terms were not disclosed and the transaction closed in January 2025.

Stonepeak Provides Equity Commitment to Longview Infrastructure

Stonepeak has provided an equity commitment to Longview Infrastructure, a newly formed electric transmission development and investment platform, to support the origination, development, construction, and operation of transmission projects across the United States. The partnership aims to scale transmission capacity to meet rising electricity demand and renewable integration; Sidley Austin advised Stonepeak and Vinson & Elkins advised Longview.

EQT Infrastructure and Stonepeak Acquire DELTA Fiber

EQT Infrastructure V and Stonepeak have agreed to acquire DELTA Fiber from EQT Infrastructure III, with each buyer taking a 50% stake and co-controlling the company. Headquartered in Schiedam, Netherlands, DELTA Fiber operates an approximately 50,000 km FTTH network connecting about 900,000 households and businesses (approximately 600 employees) and will be supported by the new owners to accelerate rollout to two million connections by 2025.

Stonepeak Acquires Fleet Companies

Stonepeak, a New York-based alternative investment firm, has acquired Fleet Companies, a regional trailer dealership and leasing company headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Fleet will serve as the seed asset for a national trailer platform Stonepeak plans to build across the U.S.; terms were not disclosed and the deal has closed.
