BluEarth Acquires 1 GW U.S. Wind and Solar Development Portfolio from Ozone Renewables

BluEarth Renewables US LLC acquired seven wind and solar development projects totaling approximately 1 GW from Ozone Renewables, LLC. The projects—located across Washington, Oregon, Ohio and Oklahoma—will be developed under a development services agreement with Pivot Power Management to advance BluEarth's North American pipeline.

The portfolio (957 MW) includes Ford Ridge (Illinois), Helena and Western Trail (Texas), and Sunflower (Kansas); Ørsted will continue to operate the projects and retains certain long‑term optionality, while Stonepeak will receive 80% of cash distributions.
