The integration pairs Galehead's LandCommand-enabled development pipeline (over 20 GWAC across more than 20 states) with Treaty Oak's IPP capabilities to expand geographic reach and accelerate commercialization of utility-scale solar, wind and storage projects; Galehead founders will form ETX Upstream to pursue upstream Energy Transition activities.
