BlackRock's Evergreen Infrastructure Partners Fund has acquired a sub-portfolio of 38 operational solar and solar-plus-storage projects (total nameplate 89 MWDC) from Excelsior Energy Capital. The sale represents a 100% divestment by Excelsior and the first exit from the firm's inaugural Fund I.
