Tide Rock, an unlevered buyout firm, has acquired Glenn Wayne Wholesale Bakery, a family-owned full-line bakery manufacturer based in Bohemia, New York. The acquisition gives Tide Rock a manufacturing platform with a 40,000 sq. ft. facility and multiple food-safety certifications (including gluten-free), enabling expansion of customer reach and new product capabilities.
