Quatrro Business Support Services, a portfolio company backed by VSS Capital Partners and Trivest Partners, has completed the acquisition of Chicago-based EAB Solutions Inc., a provider of outsourced finance, accounting and HR services to not-for-profit organizations. The add-on expands Quatrro's capabilities in the NFP sector and strengthens its presence in the Chicago market; financial terms were not disclosed and EAB's leadership will join QBSS' NFP management team.

EC Sourcing Group, a Morristown, New Jersey–based provider of SaaS procurement solutions, has acquired BidMode, a sourcing optimization and analytics specialist. As part of the deal BidMode CTO Ian Diakov joined EC Sourcing as an equity owner and Chief Technology Officer, and BidMode’s technology has been integrated to expand EC Sourcing’s machine learning, award optimization, and analytics capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
