The acquisition integrates YouVisit’s 360°/immersive content platform and production capabilities into EAB’s enrollment and digital marketing services to help colleges improve recruiting and online engagement.

Quatrro Business Support Services, a portfolio company backed by VSS Capital Partners and Trivest Partners, has completed the acquisition of Chicago-based EAB Solutions Inc., a provider of outsourced finance, accounting and HR services to not-for-profit organizations. The add-on expands Quatrro's capabilities in the NFP sector and strengthens its presence in the Chicago market; financial terms were not disclosed and EAB's leadership will join QBSS' NFP management team.
