Charger Investment Partners has partnered with Wolf-Gordon management to acquire Wolf-Gordon Inc., a New York–headquartered designer and supplier of premium interior surface products. The company was sold by Saw Mill Capital; terms were not disclosed and Charger said it will work with management to support growth and expand the business across its end markets.
