Calibrant Energy, a Macquarie Asset Management portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Enel X Storage, LLC (Enel DES) from Enel X North America. The deal substantially expands Calibrant's development pipeline and operating portfolio—adding hundreds of MWh in operating and late-stage projects and over 2 GWh of optimization service contracts to bolster its distributed energy offerings (BESS, PV, microgrids, and related services).
