The transaction closed November 1, 2024, with 3 Rivers Capital selling its portfolio company; GulfStar served as exclusive financial advisor to PAT Tank. The deal positions TCP to capitalize on ongoing regulatory-driven demand for tank installation, repair and upgrades across Gulf Coast industrial markets.

The acquisition gives Tailwater ownership of NorTex’s underground storage capacity (about 36 billion cubic feet), a trading hub and roughly 83 miles of pipeline near the Dallas–Fort Worth area to support gas-fired power generation as a complement to renewable energy.
