Southlake, Texas-based private equity firm Transition Capital Partners has made an investment in Petroflex North America, a Gainesville, Texas manufacturer of HDPE conduit and accessories. Plexus Capital provided debt financing and a portion of the equity, while Infinity Capital Partners represented the Petroflex shareholders in the transaction to support the company’s continued growth.
