Focus Companies — the largest construction company in Las Vegas — brings capabilities in concrete, plumbing, electric, framing and fire protection to accelerate Synergos’ ‘super supplier’ model and broaden product diversity for builder and developer customers.

Leadership at the acquired companies remains unchanged and Ernst & Young Capital Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Synergos' parent in the transaction.
