Closed Loop Partners, via its Closed Loop Leadership Fund, has acquired a majority stake in Sage Sustainable Electronics, a Columbus, Ohio–based IT asset disposition (ITAD) provider. The investment will provide Sage with capital and access to Closed Loop's circular-economy ecosystem to accelerate growth, expand reuse-and-recovery services, and strengthen its position in North America.

Closed Loop Private Equity Acquires Agri-Cycle

Agri-Cycle collects organic waste from over 2,400 locations across 14 states and will partner with Closed Loop to scale nationally through a buy-and-build strategy, expanding collection, processing and analytics capabilities.
