Motive Energy Acquires Texas Industrial Energy

Motive Energy, a leading provider of motive power solutions, has acquired Texas Industrial Energy (TIE) of Carrollton, Texas, expanding Motive's presence into the Dallas–Fort Worth market and making Motive the exclusive DEKA and ACT representative for the metroplex. The deal brings TIE's longstanding customer relationships and local service capability into Motive's national network, supporting geographic expansion and enhanced battery/charger service coverage in Texas.
