MOTIVE, a design and construction services provider based in Corona, California, acquired the assets, employees and customer contracts of DS Energy Solutions effective July 1, 2020. DS Energy Solutions will continue to operate as a division of MOTIVE, expanding MOTIVE's turnkey solar (design, engineering, construction and installation) capabilities and enabling DS Energy's services to be offered across MOTIVE's existing markets.
