Avalara Acquires Track1099

Avalara (NYSE: AVLR) has acquired Track1099 LLC, a provider of online 1099, W-2 and other IRS form e-filing and delivery software, adding Track1099's technology, content and team to Avalara's compliance platform. Financial terms were not disclosed; Track1099 supported more than 40,000 customers in tax year 2020. The deal expands Avalara’s compliance document management capabilities ahead of changing federal/state e-filing requirements.
