Exyte Group Acquires Critical Process Systems Group from Wynnchurch Capital

Exyte Group, a global designer and builder of high-tech facilities, has acquired Critical Process Systems Group (CPS) from Wynnchurch Capital. Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, CPS provides mission-critical process equipment and engineering services to semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, life sciences and wastewater markets and will join Exyte’s services and process equipment portfolio, bringing more than 400 employees into the company.
