The recapitalization (terms undisclosed) is intended to support Safecor's growth, investment in capabilities and expansion via add-on acquisitions; JP Morgan provided debt financing.

Cooper Consumer Health Acquires Viatris' Over-the-Counter Business

Cooper Consumer Health has completed the acquisition of the Over-the-Counter (OTC) business of Viatris Inc., following regulatory approvals and worker council consultations. The deal brings more than 200 brands (including Betadine, Saugella, Armolipid and CB12), two manufacturing sites in Mérignac (France) and Confienza (Italy) and an R&D centre in Monza (Italy) into Cooper's platform, doubling Cooper's revenues to approximately €1.2bn.

Silgan Holdings Acquires Unicep Packaging

The acquisition expands Datacor’s quality and laboratory capabilities—complementing earlier additions such as Baytek International—and strengthens its tools for accuracy, compliance, and data-driven quality management across oil & gas, chemical, and other process industries.

O.Berk West LLC Acquires the Business of E.D. Luce Packaging

The acquisition includes E.D. Luce's customers, supplier relationships, product offerings and its eCommerce store (essentialsupplies.com), expanding O.Berk's West Coast presence in pharmaceutical and personal care packaging markets.
