Fever Acquires Ticketing Platform DICE

Live-entertainment discovery platform Fever has acquired U.K.-based ticketing and discovery platform DICE. The deal follows Fever’s completion of a >$100M equity raise led by investors including L Catterton and Point72 Private Investments and is intended to combine DICE’s ticketing capabilities with Fever’s global discovery engine and audience to accelerate growth in music, sports and live events.
