Connect America, a Rockbridge Growth Equity portfolio company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100Plus, an AI-powered remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform. The deal combines Connect America’s Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS) and senior-focused connected care capabilities with 100Plus’s RPM devices, AI assistant (Ava) and end-to-end monitoring workflows to expand digital health services for seniors and vulnerable populations.
