Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP, a Canadian IT asset disposition (ITAD) and e-waste recycling provider, has acquired REfficient (Hamilton, ON) and TechReset (Mississauga, ON) to expand its reuse, refurbishment and recycling capabilities across North and Latin America. The acquisitions add telecom-focused reuse services and a strong North American ITAD footprint, with both founders remaining in leadership roles at Quantum.

GEF Capital Partners Acquires Lifecycle Renewables

GEF Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based sustainability-focused private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Lifecycle Renewables, a Massachusetts-based producer of renewable heating oil (LR100). The investment will support increased production of LR100 and expansion of Lifecycle Renewables' geographic reach beyond the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic to meet growing demand from institutional customers.

ReachOut Technology Acquires RedGear, LLC

ReachOut Technology, a Chicago-based IT and cybersecurity firm, has acquired RedGear, LLC, an El Paso–based provider of IT services, structured cabling and secure access control. The deal adds nearly $4 million of revenue and expands ReachOut's capabilities in education and government (including CMMC/DoD compliance) markets.
