True West Capital Partners also participated alongside Corridor, with Comerica Bank providing a senior credit facility to support the transaction; management founders Michael Agugliaro and Robert Zadotti remain material owners and will continue in leadership roles.

BCP said the sale closed in October 2025; financial terms were not disclosed. Brown & Root operates across the U.S., Mexico and Canada with more than 22 locations and employs over 10,000 people.
