The deal expands ConvergeOne's presence in New England and the Midwest and integrates Integration Partners' engineering and managed services capabilities with ConvergeOne's cloud and collaboration offerings.

The combined business will focus on healthcare and other highly regulated industries, together serving over 4,500 customers and processing over 4 billion pages of protected information annually.
