The capital will support product innovation and expanded sales and marketing efforts; CINC also announced senior executive hires, a new sister investment vehicle (CINC Capital) to support industry rollups, and a Spectrum director joining CINC's board. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquired operators collectively manage 544 communities (61,689 doors), strengthening Continuum's association management capabilities and supporting seller liquidity, succession planning and growth.
