Ergon Capital Partners IV SCSP (Ergon Capital) has taken a minority investment in Sofico to support the company's five-year Vision 2025 plan. The growth capital partnership will help Sofico — a Ghent-based provider of software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management — expand geographically, increase delivery capacity and broaden its product portfolio.
