IK Partners’ IK Small Cap III Fund has agreed to invest in French e‑health software provider Sofia Développement, joining existing shareholders Extens, Capital Croissance and Bpifrance. The capital will finance accelerated organic growth, product expansion toward a fully integrated digital practice management solution and future acquisitions; management will reinvest alongside the investors.
