Charterhouse invested alongside Novetude Santé’s management, which retains a shareholding, and intends to support the company’s growth through internationalisation and buy-and-build add-on activity.

Santé Cie Acquires APOSAN from IK Investment Partners

Santé Cie Group, a French home medical assistance platform majority-owned by Ardian, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in German pharmaceutical homecare provider APOSAN from the IK Small Cap I Fund (advised by IK Investment Partners). The deal advances Santé Cie's internationalisation into Germany and expands its outpatient therapy and pharmaceutical compounding capabilities; the combined group will serve more patients across France and Germany and is expected to create a joint business with >€300m revenue and 1,850+ employees once closed (subject to antitrust approval).

MediSolution Acquires Quebec-based Intégration Santé

The acquisition adds Intégration Santé's healthcare interoperability, systems-integration and interface capabilities to MediSolution's healthcare software suite and strengthens MediSolution's presence in the Quebec market.

Vivalto Partners Leads Consortium to Acquire Vivalto Santé

Vivalto Partners has closed the acquisition of Vivalto Santé, the third-largest private hospitals group in France, bringing together 50 facilities, over 10,000 employees and more than €1 billion in annual revenue. The deal is backed by historical institutional investors (MACSF, Arkéa Capital, BNP Paribas Développement, Groupe Crédit Agricole, Mubadala and Bpifrance) and welcomes new partners IK Partners and Hayfin to support the group's next phase of growth and expanded employee/practitioner shareholding.
