Restaurant365 has acquired Compeat, a provider of restaurant back-office, workforce and business intelligence software, combining the two companies to serve over 28,000 restaurants. As part of the transaction, Serent Capital is joining as a shareholder in the combined company alongside existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, ICONIQ and Tiger Global Management.
