Semrush, the Boston-headquartered online visibility management SaaS platform, has acquired SEO training site Backlinko to bolster its digital marketing education offerings. Backlinko, founded by Brian Dean and drawing over 500,000 monthly non-paid visits, will join Semrush Academy with Dean and his team continuing to produce content.

KPA Acquires Compli

Accenture Acquires Core Compete

Accenture has acquired Core Compete, a cloud analytics services firm headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, to expand its Applied Intelligence capabilities in cloud, data science and AI. The Core Compete team of more than 260 professionals will join Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to strengthen supply chain, retail and financial-services analytics offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Restaurant365 Acquires Compeat
