Medline (through Medline Canada) acquired Médi-Sélect, a Quebec City–based medical and dental supplies distributor, effective Jan. 9, 2020. The deal consolidates Medline's footprint in Quebec — together with prior acquisitions — and positions Medline Canada as the market leader in the province; Médi-Sélect will operate as an independent subsidiary with its existing leadership and staff retained.

Centauri Health Solutions Acquires MedAllies

Centauri Health Solutions, a Phoenix-based health information technology company, has acquired MedAllies, a New York-based Health Information Service Provider (HISP) and Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN). The deal expands Centauri's clinical exchange network by adding MedAllies' connectivity, messaging and record-location capabilities and brings access to more than 1,000 hospitals, 5,000 ambulatory organizations and 125,000 healthcare providers.

Constellation Software's Harris Acquires MEDHOST, Inc.

Harris Computer Corporation, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired MEDHOST, Inc., a Franklin, Tennessee–based provider of electronic health record (EHR) and healthcare IT solutions. The deal includes MEDTEAM Solutions and will keep MEDHOST operating as a stand-alone business to strengthen Harris's healthcare software and services offerings.

Hg Acquires Intelerad Medical Systems

Hg, through its Genesis 8 Fund, has agreed to acquire Intelerad Medical Systems from Novacap's TMT IV Fund, with Intelerad founders, management and employee shareholders reinvesting alongside Hg. The investment will support Intelerad's growth and innovation in enterprise medical imaging software and workflow solutions, building on the company's ~400+ employee global platform serving hospitals, radiology groups and imaging centers.

Centerbridge Partners and CDPQ to Acquire Medical Solutions from TPG Growth

Funds advised by Centerbridge Partners and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) will acquire Medical Solutions from TPG Growth in a transaction expected to close in Q4 2021; terms were not disclosed. Medical Solutions, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, is a leading provider of healthcare workforce solutions (notably travel nursing and allied staffing) that deployed clinicians to more than 4,500 facilities in 2020; the buyers said they will support the company's next phase of expansion and capability-building.

Harris Acquires Sedona Learning Solutions; Integration into iatricSystems
