The deal brings Sedona’s multi-vendor, multi-layer network abstraction and analytics to Cisco to simplify operations for communications service providers and accelerate automation across IP and optical domains.

Constellation's Harris Acquires Allscripts' Hospitals and Large Physician Practices Business

Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), agreed to acquire the net assets of Allscripts' Hospitals and Large Physician Practices business segment, including Sunrise, Paragon, TouchWorks and related solutions. The transaction, valued at up to $700 million (including contingent consideration), is a divestiture by Allscripts intended to focus its portfolio while Harris expands its healthcare software capabilities.
