Cisco Acquires Accedian from Bridge Growth Partners

Cisco has completed the acquisition of Accedian, a provider of network performance analytics and end-user experience solutions, from private equity owner Bridge Growth Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; Accedian will be integrated into Cisco’s networking and assurance portfolio to strengthen its service assurance and edge/5G capabilities.

Harris Acquires Sedona Learning Solutions; Integration into iatricSystems

N. Harris Computer Corporation (Harris) has acquired Sedona Learning Solutions, a provider of custom eLearning and education consulting for hospitals across the United States and Canada. Sedona will become a division of iatricSystems (a Harris Healthcare company) to expand iatricSystems' clinician-focused EHR education and implementation capabilities.

Cisco Acquires Fluidmesh Networks

Cisco announced its intent to acquire Fluidmesh Networks to strengthen Cisco's industrial wireless and Industrial IoT offerings, adding Fluidmesh's wireless backhaul technology for on-the-move assets (trains, subways, ports). The deal was expected to close in Cisco's fiscal Q4 2020 and the Fluidmesh team will join Cisco's IoT business to accelerate deployments in rail, mining, ports and other industrial markets.

ZephyrTel Acquires Vasona Networks
