Applied Insight, a portfolio company of The Acacia Group, has acquired Bridges Inc., a Maryland-based cyber security, network engineering and big data analytics firm serving the U.S. intelligence community. The deal brings Bridges' cross-domain, AI analytics and network security capabilities into Applied Insight’s cloud and emulation product suite and expands its IP and mission-focused services for federal/intelligence customers.

Cisco Acquires Sedona Systems

Cisco announced the acquisition of Sedona Systems to integrate Sedona’s NetFusion platform into Cisco’s Crosswork portfolio, enhancing routed optical networking and multi-domain automation. The deal brings Sedona’s multi-vendor, multi-layer network abstraction and analytics to Cisco to simplify operations for communications service providers and accelerate automation across IP and optical domains.

Accenture Acquires End-to-End Analytics
