Centauri Health Solutions Acquires MedAllies

Centauri Health Solutions, a Phoenix-based health information technology company, has acquired MedAllies, a New York-based Health Information Service Provider (HISP) and Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN). The deal expands Centauri's clinical exchange network by adding MedAllies' connectivity, messaging and record-location capabilities and brings access to more than 1,000 hospitals, 5,000 ambulatory organizations and 125,000 healthcare providers.
