Amphenol Corporation has acquired Narda-MITEQ (Narda AcquisitionCo., Inc.) from investment affiliates of J.F. Lehman & Company. The deal expands Amphenol’s RF and microwave components and subsystems capabilities for defense and commercial end markets; terms were not disclosed.

Narda-MITEQ Acquires Intelligent RF Solutions

Narda AcquisitionCo, Inc. (Narda-MITEQ), a portfolio company sponsored by J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of Intelligent RF Solutions, LLC (iRF), a designer, engineer and manufacturer of RF and microwave systems for SIGINT/ELINT/EW applications. iRF, headquartered in Sparks, Maryland and employing approximately 50 people, is the first add-on for the Narda-MITEQ platform under JFLCO; debt financing was provided by Barings Finance and Siemens Financial Services and iRF's management will remain in place.

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Mission Microwave Technologies

Lehman & Company has acquired Mission Microwave Technologies, a Cypress, California-based maker of solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) and block upconverters (BUCs) for satellite communications. Debt financing for the transaction was led by Barings and co-led by PennantPark and SMBC; prior majority shareholders (affiliates of GaAs Labs LLC), founders and management will remain material shareholders.

Quantic Electronics Acquires M-Wave Design

Quantic Electronics, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired M-Wave Design, a supplier of ferrite-based RF and microwave passive components used in aerospace, defense and quantum computing applications. The acquisition is an add-on to Quantic's electronics portfolio and expands its product capabilities in high-performance, cryogenic-capable components for military, space and quantum customers.

Arlington Capital Partners Acquires L3Harris' Electron Devices and Narda Microwave-West to Form Stellant Systems

Arlington Capital Partners completed the acquisition of L3Harris Technologies' Electron Devices and Narda Microwave-West divisions and has established the business as Stellant Systems, a standalone platform focused on mission-critical defense and space electronics. The company, led by CEO Paul Russell, designs and manufactures RF amplification products (including traveling wave tubes and microwave power modules) and employs over 800 people across facilities in Torrance, California; Williamsport, Pennsylvania; and Folsom, California.
