J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Narda-MITEQ

J.F. Lehman & Company completed the acquisition of the assets of the Narda-MITEQ division and the stock of Narda Safety Test Solutions, GmbH (collectively "Narda-MITEQ") from L3Harris Technologies. Narda-MITEQ is a designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave subsystems and components serving defense, space and commercial test markets; the company employs roughly 400 people across facilities in Hauppauge, NY, Pfullingen, Germany and Cisano, Italy. Debt financing was provided by Barings Finance and Siemens Financial Services.

Amphenol Acquires Narda-MITEQ from J.F. Lehman & Company

Amphenol Corporation has acquired Narda-MITEQ (Narda AcquisitionCo., Inc.) from investment affiliates of J.F. Lehman & Company. The deal expands Amphenol’s RF and microwave components and subsystems capabilities for defense and commercial end markets; terms were not disclosed.

HawkEye 360 Acquires RF Solutions from Maxar Intelligence

Herndon-based HawkEye 360 has acquired RF Solutions, a Westminster, Colorado business unit formerly part of Maxar Intelligence. The deal, a divestiture of Maxar's RF Solutions assets, adds two on-orbit satellites, IP, a data archive and about 11 employees to HawkEye 360, expanding its RF-spectrum scanning and analytics capabilities.

ETL Systems Acquires IRT Technologies

Quantic Electronics Acquires M-Wave Design

Quantic Electronics, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired M-Wave Design, a supplier of ferrite-based RF and microwave passive components used in aerospace, defense and quantum computing applications. The acquisition is an add-on to Quantic's electronics portfolio and expands its product capabilities in high-performance, cryogenic-capable components for military, space and quantum customers.

TDK Acquires RF Power Business from QEI Corporation

TDK Corporation has acquired the assets related to the RF power business of QEI Corporation, a Williamstown, New Jersey-based designer and manufacturer of RF power generators and impedance matching networks for semiconductor plasma processing. The asset purchase expands TDK's semiconductor equipment offering—adding RF power solutions to its existing DC power supplies—to strengthen its position in the semiconductor equipment market and support growth tied to AI, IoT and data center demand.
