HawkEye 360 Acquires Innovative Signal Analysis (ISA)

HawkEye 360 has acquired Innovative Signal Analysis (ISA), a Dallas-area provider of advanced signal-processing technologies, to integrate ISA's algorithms, edge and cloud processing solutions, and engineering expertise into HawkEye 360's RF signals-intelligence platform. ISA will operate as a subsidiary and the acquisition is intended to accelerate HawkEye 360's processing capabilities and expand detection, automation, and mission support for defense, government, and international partners.

ARKA Group Acquires Maxar's Radar and Sensor Technology (RST) Group

ARKA Group, L.P. has completed the acquisition of Maxar’s Radar and Sensor Technology (RST) group, a Ypsilanti, Michigan–based radar and sensor engineering team that supports U.S. government synthetic aperture radar (SAR) programs. The acquisition adds radar, moving-target indication and full‑spectrum geospatial intelligence capabilities to ARKA’s existing space hardware and software offerings, strengthening its mission-focused solutions for U.S. and allied defense customers.

Hanwha Systems Acquires Phasor Solutions' Satellite Antenna Business and Assets

Hanwha Systems acquired the business and assets of Phasor Solutions, Ltd., a U.K. developer of broadband electronically steerable satellite antennas, in a deal announced as of June 5, 2020. The acquisition secures Phasor's engineers, IP, technical data and test equipment to accelerate Hanwha Systems' entry into LEO satellite communication antenna technology and expand its aerospace and satellite communications capabilities globally.

Narda-MITEQ Acquires Intelligent RF Solutions

Narda AcquisitionCo, Inc. (Narda-MITEQ), a portfolio company sponsored by J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of Intelligent RF Solutions, LLC (iRF), a designer, engineer and manufacturer of RF and microwave systems for SIGINT/ELINT/EW applications. iRF, headquartered in Sparks, Maryland and employing approximately 50 people, is the first add-on for the Narda-MITEQ platform under JFLCO; debt financing was provided by Barings Finance and Siemens Financial Services and iRF's management will remain in place.

Arcfield Acquires Orion Space Solutions

Lockheed Martin has completed its acquisition of Amentum’s Rapid Solutions product business, adding radar and payload capabilities to Lockheed Martin Space. Amentum divested the business for $360 million, and the Rapid Solutions team will be integrated into Lockheed Martin Space to strengthen ISR and national security mission capabilities.
