Sikich Acquires Process Stream to Expand Quality Management and Insurtech Consulting

Sikich announced it will acquire the assets of Process Stream, a digital transformation and quality management consultancy serving regulated industries including life sciences and insurance. Approximately 60 Process Stream employees will join Sikich and continue operating from Process Stream’s Princeton, New Jersey office, expanding Sikich’s quality management, IT compliance, and insurtech capabilities.
