The transaction (approx. $4.08M cash plus $4.08M in HealthStream common stock, subject to working capital adjustments) expands HealthStream’s platform capabilities for healthcare continuing education and consolidates CloudCME’s nationwide customer base into HealthStream’s ecosystem.

MDaudit Acquires Streamline Health Solutions

MDaudit has finalized the acquisition of Streamline Health Solutions, Inc., bringing Streamline's pre-bill charge and coding integrity solutions into MDaudit's AI-driven, cloud-based revenue cycle management (RCM) platform. The deal creates a combined RCM offering aimed at reducing billing compliance risk and improving financial performance for large healthcare organizations, and positions Streamline as a wholly owned subsidiary of MDaudit.

HealthStream Acquires Virsys12

HealthStream (Nasdaq: HSTM) acquired Virsys12, a provider-data-management and credentialing software vendor, to expand its Network by HealthStream credentialing application suite for payers and health plan enterprises. The deal was for up to $17 million in cash (with earnout and post-closing working capital adjustments), and HealthStream will integrate Virsys12's V12 Enterprise application and managed services into its hStream Platform and Professional Services offering.

HealthStream Acquires myClinicalExchange

HealthStream acquired substantially all of the assets of myClinicalExchange LLC for approximately $4.5 million in cash, gaining a SaaS application used by roughly 400 hospitals, 1,000 colleges and universities, and 50,000 students annually. The acquisition expands HealthStream's workforce solutions to include the pre-graduation healthcare workforce (medical, nursing, and allied healthcare students) and integrates myClinicalExchange into HealthStream's Workforce Solutions segment.

Hyland Acquires Streamline Health's Enterprise Content Management Business
