Venterra Group Acquires Oceanscan Holdings

Offshore wind services provider Venterra Group has acquired the Oceanscan Holdings group, adding subsea and non-destructive test equipment hire, geotechnical services and specialist personnel capabilities. Oceanscan is headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, with subsidiaries in Houston and Singapore and four UK operating subsidiaries; the deal expands Venterra's capabilities in offshore wind and related energy markets.

Capgemini Acquires Cloud4C

Capgemini announced the closing of its acquisition of Cloud4C, a provider of automation-driven managed services for hybrid, private, public and sovereign cloud environments. The approximately 1,600-strong Cloud4C team and its AI/hyper-automation platforms will expand Capgemini's cloud managed services, bolster its generative AI and AIOps capabilities, and accelerate the Group’s SAP (including RISE with SAP) offerings.

3t (backed by Bluewater) Acquires GTSC from Al Mansoori Specialized Engineering

UK-headquartered training provider 3t, backed by private equity firm Bluewater, has acquired GTSC—the largest energy training business in the Middle East—from Al Mansoori Specialized Engineering. The add-on acquisition brings over 100 GTSC employees and purpose-built training facilities in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt into 3t, strengthening its regional presence and training capabilities for safety-critical energy sectors.

TSG Group Acquires Majority Stake in Gasodata
