Enghouse Systems Acquires Sixbell's Telco Division

Enghouse Systems Limited has acquired the telecommunications division (“Sixbell Telco”) of Chile-based Sixbell, strengthening Enghouse’s OSS/BSS and network transformation capabilities and expanding its presence in Latin America. The customer experience (CX) division of Sixbell is excluded from the transaction and will remain independent.

The asset sale, approved by SeaChange's board and supported by a large shareholder voting agreement, is expected to close in early May 2024 and will result in SeaChange retaining cash, cash equivalents and tax NOLs.

The deal adds Aculab’s CPaaS, AI-driven answering‑machine detection, voice and face biometrics, and media processing/gateway products to Enghouse’s Interactive portfolio to expand capabilities and product offerings.
