Enghouse Systems Acquires Sixbell's Telco Division

Enghouse Systems Limited acquired the telecommunications division ("Sixbell Telco") of Sixbell, a Santiago-headquartered provider of OSS/BSS and network transformation software for Latin American operators. The deal transfers Sixbell's telecom customers, partners and employees to Enghouse and is intended to expand Enghouse's capabilities and presence in the Latin American telecom market.

Enghouse Affiliate to Acquire SeaChange International's Product and Services Business

An affiliate of Enghouse Systems Limited has agreed to acquire substantially all of SeaChange International's product and services assets for $39 million (less SeaChange cash on closing). The asset sale, approved by SeaChange's board and supported by a large shareholder voting agreement, is expected to close in early May 2024 and will result in SeaChange retaining cash, cash equivalents and tax NOLs.

Enghouse Systems (via Enghouse Holdings UK) Acquires Aculab PLC

Enghouse Holdings UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH), has acquired Aculab PLC, a Milton Keynes–based provider of on‑premise and cloud communications and AI software solutions. The deal adds Aculab’s CPaaS, AI-driven answering‑machine detection, voice and face biometrics, and media processing/gateway products to Enghouse’s Interactive portfolio to expand capabilities and product offerings.

Bell Acquires EBOX

Bell has acquired Longueuil-based internet, telephone and television service provider EBOX. EBOX will continue to operate under its brand and leadership in Québec and parts of Ontario, with Bell citing the acquisition as a way to strengthen its presence in Québec and support EBOX growth with Bell's scale and network resources.

iQSTEL Acquires 51% Stake in QXTEL

iQSTEL Inc. has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 51% of the capital stock of QXTEL, a wholesale telecommunications provider with offices across Miami, London, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Belgrade and Dubai. Management said the deal nearly doubles iQSTEL's revenue, brings new wholesale carrier customers and executive talent, and will be integrated to drive operating efficiencies and margin expansion.

e& Acquires Controlling Stake in PPF Telecom and Completes Acquisition of GlassHouse

e& completed the acquisition of a controlling stake (50% plus one economic share) in PPF Telecom’s service and infrastructure companies across Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia, expanding its telecom footprint into Central and Eastern Europe. Separately, e& (via e& enterprise) completed a 100% acquisition of Turkey-based GlassHouse, a managed cloud and SAP infrastructure services provider, to deepen its enterprise cloud and managed services capabilities.
