Partner One to Acquire SeaChange International's Product and Services Assets

An affiliate of Partner One will acquire substantially all of SeaChange International’s product and services assets for a purchase price of $30 million, less SeaChange's cash and cash equivalents at closing. The asset sale is expected to close in SeaChange’s fiscal 2025 first quarter, subject to shareholder approvals, and SeaChange expects net proceeds of approximately $13–15 million while retaining its cash and NOLs.

Enghouse Systems (via Enghouse Holdings UK) Acquires Aculab PLC

Enghouse Holdings UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH), has acquired Aculab PLC, a Milton Keynes–based provider of on‑premise and cloud communications and AI software solutions. The deal adds Aculab’s CPaaS, AI-driven answering‑machine detection, voice and face biometrics, and media processing/gateway products to Enghouse’s Interactive portfolio to expand capabilities and product offerings.

Enghouse Systems Limited acquired the telecommunications division ("Sixbell Telco") of Sixbell, a Santiago-headquartered provider of OSS/BSS and network transformation software for Latin American operators. The deal transfers Sixbell's telecom customers, partners and employees to Enghouse and is intended to expand Enghouse's capabilities and presence in the Latin American telecom market.

Accenture Acquires Edenhouse

Great Hill Partners Invests in BigChange

Great Hill Partners has made a significant growth investment (reported as over £75 million) in BigChange, the Leeds-based mobile workforce management SaaS provider, valuing the company at approximately £100 million. BigChange founder and CEO Martin Port and the management team retain a significant minority stake; the capital will be used to accelerate product development and expand the company's geographic footprint in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
