Graycliff Partners has acquired XCEL NDT, a U.S.-based provider of non-destructive testing and inspection services for petrochemical, pipeline and general industrial customers. Southfield Mezzanine provided subordinated debt and an equity investment to support Graycliff's acquisition; Graycliff and XCEL management plan to grow the business organically and via add-on acquisitions, expanding services, geographies and end markets.

SI Solutions Acquires Integrity Specialists, LLC

SI Solutions, LLC (backed by MidOcean Partners) has acquired Integrity Specialists, LLC, a provider of advanced non-destructive examination (NDE) and pipeline inspection services based in Annandale, Minnesota. The acquisition expands SI Solutions' NDE and pipeline integrity capabilities and scales its services to the natural gas midstream market as part of its platform growth.

CGE Partners and Five Arrows Acquire Majority Stake in Intact

CGE Partners and Five Arrows have taken a majority stake in Intact, the Austria-founded provider of end-to-end auditing and certification workflow SaaS, with management and prior investor IMCap Partners retaining minority stakes. The investment will support Intact's product, service and international expansion as the company scales within the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) market.

NDT Global Acquires Entegra

NDT Global has acquired Entegra, a specialist in Ultra-High-Resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (UHR MFL) in-line inspection services, combining complementary inspection technologies to expand capabilities in the gas and oil pipeline integrity market. The deal was completed with continued support from majority shareholder Novacap and investor La Caisse (CDPQ); Entegra was previously owned by Amberjack Capital Partners and company founders, and Entegra founders/key management will remain shareholders of the combined business.

Agilence Inc., a Cuadrilla Capital–backed provider of loss prevention and operational analytics software, has acquired IntelliQ Limited, a London-based loss prevention and forensic analysis software provider. The acquisition adds over 50 IntelliQ customers and expands Agilence's product capabilities and geographic presence into EMEA and APAC; terms were not disclosed.
