IES Holdings Acquires Gulf Island Fabrication

Greiner—which operates a 450,000-square-foot manufacturing campus on 60 acres, generated approximately $58 million in revenue in 2023 and employs over 275 people—will join IES's Infrastructure Solutions segment and continue to operate under the Greiner name.

VSE Corporation Acquires Turbine Weld Industries

The acquisition expands VSE Aviation's MRO capabilities on Pratt & Whitney Canada platforms (PW100, PT6, JT15D) and positions VSE to invest in capacity growth and strengthen OEM relationships.

Alinabal Group Acquires ERW, Inc.
