Genstar Capital has acquired Arrowhead Engineered Products (AEP), a global engineer and omni-channel distributor of proprietary aftermarket replacement parts. The sellers were The Riverside Company and Investcorp; Genstar will look to support AEP's organic growth and strategic acquisition strategy across outdoor power, powersports, agriculture and other end markets.

IES Holdings Acquires Greiner Industries

IES Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: IESC) has acquired Greiner Industries, a Mount Joy, Pennsylvania-based structural steel fabrication and services company. Greiner—which operates a 450,000-square-foot manufacturing campus on 60 acres, generated approximately $58 million in revenue in 2023 and employs over 275 people—will join IES's Infrastructure Solutions segment and continue to operate under the Greiner name.

Superior Environmental Solutions Acquires Arrowhead Environmental Services

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, has acquired Arrowhead Environmental Services, a Windsor, Virginia-based provider of environmental and industrial services. The add-on expands SES's geographic reach into the Southern Mid-Atlantic (Central Virginia), brings approximately 50 employees and 75 customers into the SES platform, and underscores Palladium's strategy of growing SES via tuck-in acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.

E&I Sales Acquires Industrial Motor Services

Tulsa-based E&I Sales has acquired Industrial Motor Services, a family-owned electric motor repair and maintenance provider in southeast Tulsa. The acquired business will operate as E&I Motor Repair LLC and expand E&I Sales' in-house motor repair, rewind, pump repair and machine shop capabilities to support local industrial and automotive customers.

IES Holdings, Inc. acquired all equity interests in Aerial Lighting & Electric, Inc., a Naugatuck, Connecticut-based electrical contractor specializing in multi-family residential electrical systems. Aerial, which had approximately $24 million in 2019 revenue and over 60 employees, will join IES's Residential segment to strengthen and expand IES's presence in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
