IES Holdings Acquires 80% Stake in Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air-Conditioning

IES Holdings, Inc. acquired an 80% ownership interest in Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning, LLC, a Hudson, Florida-based residential HVAC and plumbing services provider. The Blankenship family will retain a 20% stake, and Bayonet — with trailing 12-month revenue of about $86 million and over 500 employees — will join IES's Residential segment to expand its Florida footprint and add HVAC and plumbing capabilities.

EIS Holdings Acquires AET Group

Schneider Electric, AES and Huck Capital-Led Group Invest in Uplight at $1.5B Valuation

The financing — in which prior majority investor Rubicon Technology Partners will remain a minority holder — provides growth capital to accelerate product development, M&A and international expansion in the clean-energy software market.

Searchlight Capital Partners Acquires EIS from Audax Private Equity

Audax had owned EIS since 2019 and grew the business via a buy-and-build strategy (six add-ons and expanded fabrication/distribution footprint) to position the company for continued growth in electrification, renewable energy and aftermarket end markets.

QualTek Acquires Aerial Wireless Services from The Anderson Group

QualTek has acquired Aerial Wireless Services (AWS) from The Anderson Group. AWS, based in Bellingham, Massachusetts, was founded in 2013 and provides program management, installation and maintenance services to wireless and broadband operators in the Northeast; the Anderson Group had partnered with CEO Kevin Cunningham to grow the business prior to the sale.
