Searchlight Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Integrated Power Services

Funds advised by Searchlight Capital Partners agreed to acquire a majority stake in Integrated Power Services (IPS) from funds advised by Odyssey Investment Partners. IPS, headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, is an industrial aftermarket services provider for motors, generators, pumps and power systems across industrial and renewable energy end-markets; the deal is expected to close later this year subject to customary regulatory approvals.

EIS Acquires Power Grid Supply

Headquartered in Livingston, Scotland, EAG is a leading provider of multi-utility metering services, meter asset management and last-mile utility connections in the UK; the investors plan to support its continued growth and expansion into adjacent sectors such as IGT/IDNO, fibre and EV charging infrastructure.

Hannover Finanz Acquires E.I.S. Aircraft Products & Services from EQT Mid Market
