Renewable Energy Group Acquires Amber Resources (dba Sawyer Petroleum) and Affiliates

Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (REG) has acquired Amber Resources, LLC (dba Sawyer Petroleum) and affiliated entities M.O. Dion & Sons and Amber Petroleum Products, expanding REG's downstream footprint in Southern California. The acquisition adds over 60 million gallons/year of diesel sales, a significant lubricants business (Shell Prestige distributor), eight locations including three cardlock sites, and is expected to be immediately accretive.

RelaDyne Acquires Dawson Oil Company

RelaDyne has acquired Dawson Oil Company from Chevron, adding Dawson's Northern California fuel, lubricant and DEF distribution network to RelaDyne's portfolio. The deal extends RelaDyne's geographic footprint in Northern California (warehouse hubs in Rocklin, Auburn, Diamond Springs, Oroville and Yuba City) and aims to expand product and service offerings while deepening commercial ties with Chevron.

(REG) in an all-cash transaction valued at about $3.15 billion, bringing REG's renewable fuels production, feedstock capabilities and pre‑treatment facilities into Chevron's Downstream and Renewables operations. The deal accelerates Chevron's plan to grow renewable fuels capacity and expands its low‑carbon fuels offering; REG shareholders approved the transaction and REG's leadership (CJ Warner) joined Chevron's board following closing.

Ares Management Acquires Dynamic Renewables with Minority Investment from NorthWestern Energy

A fund managed by Ares Management's Infrastructure Opportunities strategy has acquired Dynamic Renewables, a U.S.-based developer, owner and operator of anaerobic digestion and renewable natural gas (RNG) projects. An unregulated affiliate of NorthWestern Energy also took a small minority stake; the investments will support development, construction and expansion of Dynamic's pipeline and operating assets, including the BC Organics facility in Wisconsin.

Daybreak Oil and Gas Acquires Reabold California LLC

Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. completed its acquisition of Reabold California LLC, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal adds approximately 1.1 million barrels of proved oil reserves from 35 wells and current production of about 75 barrels per day, giving Daybreak significant development potential in California. Market reporting indicates the assets were acquired from Gaelic Resources Limited.

Diversified Energy Acquires Maverick Natural Resources
