Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. completed its acquisition of Reabold California LLC, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal adds approximately 1.1 million barrels of proved oil reserves from 35 wells and current production of about 75 barrels per day, giving Daybreak significant development potential in California.
